Behind every person lies a story – this is mine.

I’m Sandra, and I accompany you on the path toward a healthier connection with yourself and with others.

When life feels overwhelming, I hold the space for you.

Here you can arrive, breathe, and simply be yourself.

I am a Registered Couples and Family Counsellor with the Swiss Association for Counselling (SGfB), working within clear professional and ethical standards that support psychological safety and trust.

With specialised training in body-centered holistic counselling, I support women and couples navigating challenges related to self-esteem, attachment, boundaries, and relational patterns.

By integrating talk therapy with somatic awareness, my work offers a grounded and respectful framework where exploration, regulation, and meaningful change can unfold at your own pace.

I understand the path you are walking because I have walked it myself

For a long time, my life felt like a cycle of challenging relationships, self-doubt, and the physical and mental exhaustion that comes from constantly putting others first. I know the weight of saviour complex and the toll that unhealthy patterns can take.

Living through these experiences changed the way I understood myself and the way I wanted to show up in the world. Over time, I found my way back to myself and it is precisely this path that shapes the way I accompany others today.

It allows me to meet you with genuine empathy and without judgment, as we explore the roots of your own patterns together.

The journey is worth it. It is never too late to reshape the relationship you have with yourself and with others.

Life has taught me that identity and belonging rarely follow a straight line – and that change often needs more space than we initially believe.

My way of relating to people has been shaped by a life lived across different cultures, values and ways of belonging. Experiencing transitions and the feeling of not always fitting in has taught me that identity is rarely simple and that we often carry more within us than is immediately visible.

Feeling both deeply connected and out of place at different moments in life has deepened my sensitivity to the complexities people bring into their relationships, families, and inner conflicts.

This continues to guide how I listen and how I stay open to the unique story you bring to our work together.

It is also why I feel particularly at home working with international clients and expats – people who know what it means to navigate life across cultures, rebuild a sense of belonging, and carry an identity that doesn’t always fit neatly into one place.

The values I bring into my work were shaped early on

They were deeply influenced by my father. His approach to life – rooted in compassion, joy, and curiosity shaped my understanding of growth and resilience. He believed that there is rarely a straight line between where we are and where we want to be, and that meaningful change unfolds through patience and perseverance.

This perspective guides me today. I accompany your process with deep respect and a steady conviction that growth is possible, even when the path feels uncertain.

These values are more than just a legacy; they are what I bring into the room with me and what stays present throughout our work together.

To meet you with full presence, I tend to what grounds me

Outside of my counselling work, I find grounding in stillness and in wide, natural spaces by the water, in the mountains, or in moments of quiet reflection.

These sources of strength support me in remaining present, attentive, and emotionally available, especially when the waves run high or uncertainty feels heavy.

They allow me to offer you a calm and reliable presence one that can gently hold complexity and vulnerability as we step onto difficult or uncertain ground together, and where you don’t have to function. You can simply be yourself.
