Fees, Insurance and Policies

Sessions take place either in-person at the practice or online. All services are privately paid and are not reimbursable through basic health insurance.

  • Individual counselling (60 minutes): CHF 130.-
  • Individual Counselling Reduced Rate: CHF 100.- (available upon request)
  • Couples Counselling (75 minutes): CHF 180.-
  • Online Counselling (Individuals) via Google Meet (60 minutes): CHF 110.–
  • Initial Consultation – Getting to know each other, clarifying your needs (15 minutes): Free of charge

Counselling Packages

“Ground & Grow” – Individual Counselling (Space for clarity, orientation, and personal growth.)

  • 5 sessions of 60 minutes
  • To be used within 3 months
  • In-person in 6037 Root or online
  • Total: CHF 600.–
  • Payment in advance or in 2 instalments

“Couple Time” – Couples Counselling (Space for communication, new perspectives, and connection.)

  • 4 sessions of 75 minutes
  • To be used within 2 months
  • In-person in 6037 Root
  • Total: CHF 680.–
  • Payment in advance or in 2 instalments

“Space for You – Online” – Individual Online Counselling (For specific topics or transitions – compact & location-independent.)

  • 3 Google Meet sessions of 60 minutes
  • To be used within 2 months
  • Total: CHF 310.–
  • Payment in advance or in 2 instalments

After completing a package, additional sessions or a new package can be booked as needed – in a way that suits you and at your own pace.

Payment & Billing

Individual sessions are paid directly after the appointment – by cash, Twint, or bank transfer (within 10 days). An invoice for sessions will be sent on a bi-weekly basis.

Packages are to be paid in advance. Payment in two instalments is possible upon request.

Monthly invoices via email can be arranged for clients attending regular weekly or bi-weekly sessions.

All prices include preparation and post-session reflection.

Please note: Reimbursement through basic health insurance is not possible.

Through the online calendar, you can book individual, couple, or online sessions. Please choose the desired option and reserve your appointment.

Alternatively, you can use the contact form on my website, send me a WhatsApp message, or email me (as I am not always available by phone).

Package Bookings:
If you are interested in a counselling package, please contact me by email or WhatsApp to discuss and book the desired package. I will then send you the details about the packages and payment options.

My counselling services are not covered through health insurance.

I accept payment via Twint, cash, or bank transfer.

If you need to cancel a counselling session, please contact me as soon as possible via WhatsApp, email, or phone.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. If this notice period is not observed, the full session fee will be charged.

Please note that this also applies to last-minute rescheduling or not showing up for your appointment.

Yes, I speak German, English and Italian fluently, and I am a native Croatian speaker.

The relationship with your counsellor is crucial for your comfort, confidence and success. You may be sharing things with me that you’ve never told anybody before, not even your best friend or partner.

I recommend trying 2-3 sessions. If you still feel like it’s still not a good fit for you, I am happy to refer you to one of my colleagues.

The most important thing is that you begin counselling when you are ready and trust your intuition.

You do not need to prepare anything in particular. As a skilled professional, I will guide our first session and make sure you feel at ease.

During our first session my main priority is establishing a safe and welcoming environment where we can get to know each other. Our relationship is like any other, and it’s important for us to connect on a personal level initially.

Feel free to chat with me about various topics initially to assess how we communicate with each other. It might feel intimidating at first to talk, but we will work together to identify your goals, determine the most suitable counselling approach and agree on how we want to proceed.

Mental health is a complex topic and counselling is not a quick fix. It’s unlikely that you will discover immediate solutions during your first session. Just as it takes time for challenges to begin affecting your life, it will take time to understand them, work through them and get to the bottom of your issues.

However, after your first session, I am confident you will feel a sense of hope that our sessions will help you navigate your struggles with more ease and improve your quality of life.
