I believe that the counselling process is a deeply human interaction, where I bring in the most valuable technique in the moment to help you. While I draw from a wide range of effective evidence-based therapy modalities such as holistic healing, systemic and gestalt therapy, positive psychology, and therapeutic mindfulness, I tailor them to you and your unique needs. It is about genuine interaction helping you explore your thoughts and emotions, and discovering what works best for you in the moment.

Holistic Healing

Somatic Bodywork

More than half of our communication is made by body language. Distressing emotions frequently manifest in the body because your nervous system is constantly scanning the surroundings for signs of safety and danger and you are responding to it, whether you’re aware of it or not.

Somatic Bodywork can help you release tension, process trauma, regulate emotions, and develop a deeper understanding of yourself.

Through techniques such as breathwork, movement exercises, and somatic experiencing you become more aware of and connected to your bodily sensations. Somatic Bodywork is particularly beneficial in healing unhealthy attachments, clarifying boundaries and addressing codependency within relationships.
